Who we are
This website is operated by Prince Onuoha, a chess coach offering private lessons and coaching services. You can reach us at learnchesswithprince@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your WhatsApp number and a personal note. We do not collect payment information on this site. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your booking request and schedule coaching sessions. We will not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party, ever.
Where it's stored
Booking requests are stored securely via Supabase, a database platform hosted on Amazon Web Services. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Supabase complies with GDPR and processes data under a Data Processing Agreement.
How long we keep it
We retain booking request data for as long as the coaching relationship is active, or for up to 12 months after your last contact with us. You may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at learnchesswithprince@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If we make material changes, we will note the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
