The service
Learn Chess with Prince offers chess coaching services delivered by Prince Onuoha. These include one-on-one video sessions, asynchronous game-based coaching (Chat & Play), and game reviews. The platform and its features are provided as-is.
Booking and sessions
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a session. Prince will confirm availability and next steps by email. Sessions are confirmed only after direct communication with Prince. He reserves the right to decline any booking at his discretion.
Payments
Payment terms, rates, and methods are agreed directly between you and Prince via email or WhatsApp before a session begins. No payment is processed through this website at this time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please give at least 24 hours notice by email. Late cancellations may not be refunded. Prince will give the same courtesy in return.
Your conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with Prince and with other users of the platform. Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, chess analysis, and coaching materials — belongs to Prince Onuoha. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose any of it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Coaching is educational in nature. Prince Onuoha makes no guarantee of specific chess improvement, rating gains, or competitive outcomes. Use of this platform and its services is at your own risk.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by applicable law. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms continue in full effect. By using this website or submitting a booking request, you accept these terms.
